With the participation of professors, students, administrative workers and guests, the Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza de Amazonas (UNTRM) held the swearing ceremony of the elected authorities for the period 2017 – 2022.

After a demanding process of evaluation, the Consortium of Economic and Social Research - CIES, in its General Assembly held on November 23, agreed, unanimously, to incorporate the National University Toribio Rodriguez de Mendoza de Amazonas - UNTRM to this very important body.

Héctor Vásquez Pérez, is located in North Carolina State University, USA.

In merit to the agreement signed with the center of Research in Food and development (CIAD) of Mexico, the Professor of the Faculty of Engineering and Agrarian Sciences (FICA) of the Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza de Amazonas (UNTRM), Efraín Manuelito Castro Alayo participate in the short stay program in this institution.
